Shipping Informations
Orders are processed between 1-2 days and dispatched during working days (from monday to friday).
After shipping, it usually takes 3 days to arrive if you live in France and 4-7 days if you live in the DOM-TOM. International orders may take around one month depending if you live in Europe or not.
The products are inside an OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) packaging bag and sent in a padded A5 envelope. There's also a thank-you card. The acrylic charms will have the protective film removed before despatch, as they're quite difficult to remove.

Items shipped outside Europe have a custom label. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Be aware there might be delays due to customs.
Refund & Return
If you discover that you have ordered an incorrect product, please don't hesitate to reach out to me as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) and you will get a refund. If it’s a variation of the same product, I will simply replace it before the shipment.
If the item was already dispatched, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue!
